new most cars kinda suck.... i mean.. they’re better at most things than all the old junkers i like.... but they’re fat n heavy and safety obsessed

give me my too fast for my own good tin rattle traps or death (well.. likely both)

i just want a proper nimble car with handcranked windows damnit

You can always find these people. These are the people who’s cars don’t run.

Just going into my engine, Now I have to look into rejetting the carb, recurving the distributor, a higher stall converter, ect ect. Just by throwing a cam and some pistons in it.

Not to say that I don’t mind fixing things, but the serious obsessive modifications that snowball are really bothering me while I don’t have a “cool car”. Maybe that will change later.

I like things like ABS and anti-spin systems but that’s about the newest tech I want in a car. If you need things like lane departure warning and park assist to drive safely you probably shouldn’t be driving.

I’m currently rolling in a rental 2018 Mustang GT Premium and I can tell you it’s the tits. Crazy fast. 10 speed kinda sucks though.
